So i’ve just written that as a decimal .25 times 250 to determine the grams which is 62.5 and then based on a percentage of 35 percent protein times. The 250 grams gives us 87.5 grams of protein and .4 percent .40 percent or .40 for carb times 250 gives us 100 gram and then we’re going to just multiply by the number of calories per gram that is given also in your problem so for fat.
