Christian Huff: Engaged to Sadie Robertson! Looking to Start His Own Dynasty!

No one from the cast of Duck Dynasty has said anything racist or controversial of late.

So we haven’t had much of a reason to write about the show.

But Sadie Robertson changed this over the weekend by announcing something relevant and exciting…

… she’s engaged!

To some dude named Christian Huff!

“So many words and so many more pictures to come, but for now just know my friends I’m the happiest human in the world on June 9th, 2019 today and for the rest of my life,” the Dancing With the Stars alum wrote on Instagram yesterday.

And why is this the case?

“I GET TO MARRY THIS MAN. God is faithful and so so good,” she added by way of romantic and religious explanation.

Robertson actually included a video of Huff’s proposal online and told followers that she “screamed YES” when he asked for her hand in marriage.

For the outdoor milestone moment of his and Sadie’s lifetime, Huff set up a chair, pillows and candles under a tree… and then he got down on one knee and asked Sadie to spend forever and ever with him.

Sadie’s mother, and fellow Duck Dynasty star, Korie Robertson, was also pretty jazzed about the proposal, saying on social that she “can’t wait” for her future son-in-law to officially join this famous family.

“Sadie’s getting married!!!!! To the most amazing man, and we are beaming!!!” Korie wrote on Instagram alongside numerous photos from the special day, including a family snapshot that featured husband Willie.

Huff and Robertson have not been together for all that long.

But when you know, you know… you know?!?

“You are a straight up vision,” Christian captioned a shot of his now-fiancee in May, adding at the time:

“Thank you for the best 8 months of my life getting to walk alongside you and learn from you while growing together. I love sprinting this race with you honey!!!”

For her part, the 21-year old opened up about all the things she loves about her soulmate in a lengthy Instagram post on May 30.

“He’s strong and kind. He’s handsome and humble. He is hilarious. He’s my best friend and the best one to have,” she raved.

“Our relationship is beautiful, but it’s not perfect. We work through silly communication things, but at the end of every day I couldn’t be more grateful for this walking answered prayer.”

Hey, we’re just glad Sadie is over Justin Bieber at last.

Robertson, who referred to Huff as her “favorite human” mere hours before he proposed, added the following in her analysis back in late May:

I love his eyes – not just because they are beautiful, but because of what they seek and what they find. But to answer what I love most about him would be His pursuit of love.

His pursuit of the Lord caught my attention me before He started to pursue me. I saw the way his eyes were so captivated by God who is love and I felt the fruit of that fixation when he spoke to me.

Now i feel it in the way he looks at me, and loves me.

I love who he is and who he is becoming based on what He is constantly pursuing.

Wow, huh? Certainly seems like these two are meant for each other.
